Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Items are only eligible for exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The size received is different from the order placed

To request an exchange, customers must contact our support team within 3 working days along with:

  • Order number
  • Clear pictures/video of the product
  • Reason for exchange

Products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.


No Return & Refund Policy

Shinmaaku does not offer returns or refunds on any orders.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details, size information, and order confirmation before purchasing.


Exchange Conditions

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Slight color variations due to lighting/screen differences
  • Products without tags or original packaging
  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Exchange requests made after 3 working days
